Royalty Fee

Day to Day Operations
Equipped with 3 staff members, the franchisee is responsible for meeting the day-to-day operating expenses, including staff salaries, rent, electricity, and other recurring daily costs, in compliance with the franchise agreement.

Sales Staff Salary Reimbursement Policy

In consideration for the services provided by the sales staff employed by the franchisee, the franchisor agrees to reimburse a portion of the sales staff salaries based on the following terms:

1. Reimbursement Amount

The franchisor will reimburse the franchisee an amount equal to 50% of the total monthly salary expenses incurred for the sales staff.

2. Maximum Reimbursement Amount

The reimbursement amount mentioned above will be subject to a cap of Rs. 10,000 per month per sales staff member.

3. Calculation

The reimbursement amount will be calculated monthly based on the actual salaries paid to the sales staff during the respective month.

4. Submission of Documentation

The franchisee shall provide accurate and verifiable documentation supporting the salaries paid to the sales staff to the franchisor on a monthly basis.

5. Payment Schedule

Reimbursement payments will be made by the franchisor to the franchisee within 10 days of receiving the necessary documentation.

6. Adjustments

The reimbursement policy is subject to periodic review and adjustment at the discretion of the franchisor.

7. Termination

In the event of termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the reimbursement for sales staff salaries will cease from the effective date of termination or expiration.
